House Tipster Shipping Policy

House Tipster provides the following shipping and handling policy:

1. Domestic Shipping.

House Tipster only ships to the Continental United States.

2. Restrictions on Shipping.

The following restrictions on shipping may be observed with.

Business owner contact information. This includes name, address, email address, phone number, and individual title information.

a. Dimensional Shipping Limits. Shipping to any of the above locations may require that certain objects not exceed any specified length, girth, or weight restrictions. Any such restrictions will be listed before the purchase is finished. If the object cannot be shipped, the Purchaser will not be billed. In the event Seller incorrectly bills Purchaser, Purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund.

b. Shape. Large or unusually shaped objects may not be able to be shipped to all locations. If a shipment cannot occur, such inability to ship should be identified before finalizing the purchase. If it cannot be shipped, Purchaser will not be billed. In the event Seller incorrectly bills Purchaser, Purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund.

c. Hazmat. House Tipster prohibits the listing or shipping of Hazardous Material.

d.Improper Billing. For purposes of this section, if a Purchaser is billed for an item, and the item is unable to ship to Purchaser, Purchaser is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

3. Shipping Restrictions.

House Tipster does not currently ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs. House Tipster is only able to ship within the United States. Additionally, some classes of goods may have more limited shipping options. Some orders may have the option to allow the Purchaser to pick up the item.

4. Shipping Options.

House Tipster offers free UPS Ground Shipping. Additionally, House Tipster offers an expedited UPS Shipping charged by the total weight of the shipment. For larger items, House Tipster offers Curbside Freight Delivery. Keep in mind that some items may have different shipping options available.

5. Out of Stock.

If an item is out of stock, the item’s entry in the store marketplace will be locked.

6. Tracking.

All items being shipped are tracked. When an item ships, Purchaser will be provided with the tracking number so that the Purchaser may be provided updates on the status of their order as updates are needed or requested.

7. Estimates.

House Tipster will provide as accurate an estimate as is practicable when providing shipping methods, dates of delivery, and any comparable information for the items they sell.


For Purchasers – Returns

This section provides basic guidance regarding returns from the House Tipster Marketplace. If you have any additional questions do not hesitate to contact us.

1. General Limitations.

Unless otherwise provided for, if thirty (30) days have elapsed from the date of delivery of the purchased item, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. Within the 30-day period an item may be returned, provided the item is in a brand new, and sellable condition. If the item is not in such condition, then it will not be returnable.

2. Limitations on Exchanges..

Exchanges are limited to the same item, though color may vary. Exchanges are only good for items that are damaged or have defects. If there are defects or damage, you must notify us within seven (7) days. If you fail to inform us within the time period, you will be unable to return the items.

3. Limitations on Returns.

A return or refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery of the purchased good. A returned item may only be returned for a refund. All returns and refunds and the goods associated with such return or refund remain the responsibility of the Purchaser until the Seller has received the item and starts processing the return or refund. Allow up to thirty (30) days for the refund or return to be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items.

Some items are not refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. Such items will be marked as “Non-Refundable,” “All Sales Final,” or with any similar identifying language.

5. Return Authorization Number.

To make a return you need to have a Return Authorization Number. In order to get a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”), the Purchaser must fill out a return request through House Tipster’s Store Module. Purchaser will be able to request a return from their Store Account. When a return is requested House Tipster will issue a RAN.

6. Processing.

In order to process a return, refund, or exchange, Purchasers must have their RAN. Failure to acquire a RAN will prevent a return or exchange from being processed.

7. House Tipster Processing.

House Tipster will attempt to issue Purchasers a RAN within fourteen (14) days. When House Tipster issues the RAN, Purchaser must provide the RAN and a description of the complaint to the Seller and arrange shipping.

8. Restocking Fee.

House Tipster charges a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

9. Communication.

House Tipster will make every effort to keep Purchasers informed of the status of their refund, return, or exchange.

10. Warranty.

House Tipster does not warrant or provide warranties for any goods sold through the House Tipster Shop. All Sellers must indicate if they do have a warranty for their goods, and if Sellers offer such a warranty, they must provide access to the specific terms and conditions of any such warranty.

11. Shipping of Returns.

Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and transmissions. Purchaser must ensure that when their return is shipped to Seller, that the RAN and original packing slip are provided. Purchaser assumes the risk of loss of the returned item during transit back to the Seller. In the event Purchaser receives the wrong goods or the goods were damaged, Purchaser shall be entitled to a refund or exchange at Seller’s cost.

12. Condition.

All items being returned or exchanged must be in their original, new sellable condition, with all tags and, if available, original packaging. All goods will be inspected upon their return for damage and use. Seller must verify the condition of the good before any refund or exchange may take place. If Seller is not satisfied that the good is in new condition, Seller will reject the return and send it back to the Purchaser at Purchaser’s cost.

13. Shipping Address.

All refunds, returns, and exchanges must be shipped to the Seller directly. House Tipster will not be responsible for any returns that are sent to House Tipster directly. If a return or exchange is sent to House Tipster, House Tipster reserves the right to return the good to Purchaser at purchaser’s cost, or forward the good on to the Seller, at Purchaser’s cost.
