You don’t have to be out on the balcony of this studio apartment to savor the view it offers of captivating blue waters and a regal city skyline. To keep this scenic vista always in sight, the designer replaces the traditional wall between the bathroom and living room with a sheet of glass. Warm colors like maroon, brown, and gold are repeated in the abstract paintings, throw pillows, and accent vases, establishing a harmonious flow from living room to sleeping area. Yet there is still a strong presence of modern design as seen in the sleek white and black counters and walls, and the rectangular-shaped bathroom features.
