Hestan Smart Cooking, makers of Hestan Cue, a leader in connected cooking and culinary innovation, today announced the launch of the first-ever Cue-enabled smart cooktop, which is part of the new line of residential kitchen designs by Hestan at the upcoming National Kitchen Bath Industry Show in Orlando, Florida, Jan. 9-11 (Booth #W543).
Central to the smart cooktop is the iOS and Android Hestan Cue app which acts as the command center for the connected cooking process. Beyond controlling both cooking time and pan temperature, the app enables users of all skill levels to successfully cook delicious meals and expand their culinary repertoire with step-by-step video guidance. From Michelin-star chefs, award-winning culinary kitchens and professional food scientists comes an online library with hundreds of recipes — from every day to advanced — that transforms a user’s culinary experience and cooking confidence.
“At Hestan, we are committed to bringing the very best of culinary inspiration, design integration and technology innovation into today’s kitchens,” said Stanley Cheng, founder of Hestan. “Today’s home chefs want more than just a great product … they’re looking for a culinary experience that’s seamless, that adds value and quality to their lives. Cue-technology makes it possible for home cooks to cook confidently like never before with exceptional results.”
Hestan Cue is inviting all show attendees to the Hestan booth for a taste and glimpse of the future. Guests are invited to sample a crispy skin salmon recipe prepared on the Hestan smart induction cooktop and learn more about Cue-embedded technology.
In conjunction with Hestan, Cue will also preview the next generation of gas cooking. Visitors to the Hestan booth will be the first to see an exclusive demonstration in Cue-innovation with gas.
Highlights of the new Cue-enabled smart induction cooktop include:
· The first-ever embedded smart induction cooktop
· Bluetooth-enabled smart cookware with automatic temperature control
· Interactive app with hundreds of video-guided recipes, including useful kitchen tips and proven culinary techniques
