Today was the last day of the 29th annual International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, and we had a great time seeing all the newest home innovations and the latest styles in home décor.
This is a huge event, encompassing over 165,000 square feet in the convention center and playing host to over 35,000 interior designers, architects, retailers, and other influential people in the interior design industry. More than 750 exhibitors from all over the world displayed contemporary furniture, seating, carpet and flooring, lighting, outdoor furniture, materials, wall coverings, accessories, textiles, and kitchen and bath items for both residential and commercial interiors. We tried to meet as many of the exhibitors as possible.
Tonino Lamborghini: Tiles & Style
Exquisite taste and style were on display at the Tonino Lamborghini exhibit. We had the pleasure of speaking with Daniele Frosini (below), a representative of Formitalia, and he showed us their one-of-a-kind furniture. It's not only aesthetically-pleasing, but extremely comfortable as well. Tonino Lamborghini's display also featured a leather and carbon style two-seater couch accompanied by a carbon style armchair. Tonino Lamborghini continues to raise the bar by creating elegant, refined, and comfortable furniture.
Tonino Lamborghini also creates stylish high-quality tiles that radiate luxury and class. We spoke with Leo Levani and Tommaso Pozzi (below) of GS Luxury Group, and they told us all about their wide-ranging collection of tiles. We were quite impressed with their selection.

This Brazilian furniture and design company created one the most comfortable armchairs that we’ve ever had the pleasure of sitting in. The one you see in the corner in the photo below is called the “Mabelle,” and it’s filled with synthetic fiber. It's designed with a natural leather upholstery and a carbon steel frame. This extraordinary chair made me achieve perfect relaxation despite being right in the middle of a bustling crowd at the trade show, and is just one of many fine products offered by estudiobola.
Beautiful in iridescent green and blue, Kenneth Cobonpue’s “Peacock” is a modern take on the traditional wicker chair. Like the regal bird, this lounge chair truly stands out among the flock.
