Next Up: Maison & Objet

House Tipster is headed across the pond to experience a new array of product and interior designs at Maison & Objet.

Maison & Objet, a lifestyle-focused trade show, is undoubtedly one of the hottest places to view new and emerging styles in product and interior design. And House Tipster is headed to Paris on September 7th through the 11th to experience everything this exciting and innovative biannual exhibition has to offer.

In the upcoming weeks, we’ll be bringing you the latest news that you can use to spruce up your own home-- straight from the show.

What makes Maison & Objet stand apart from other trade shows?

Although the location is a bonus (Paris!), the real draw is its focus on creating an experience. While at the show, we’ll get to walk through different style “universes” under the Maison (meaning “house) section of the show. These universes include showrooms featuring styles of Today, Forever, Unique & Eclectic, and Craft. This 360-degree view can help us pinpoint which designs are sticking around for another year, which ones are progressing, and which ones are long gone.

Objet (French for “object”), the other arm of the show, features products from dozens of different categories such as Kids & Family, Cook & Share, Home Accessories, Linens, and more.  This year, they’re unveiling 600 brand new brands to the showroom floor! It’s here that we’ll find the products you’ll soon use to decorate your home’s interior and exterior spaces.

We’re especially interested to see which styles stand out on this international stage. We plan on attending seminars and interview with trendsetting designers, product representatives, and architects to learn what they see trending.

Above all, we want to make sure we’re getting the scoop for you well before you see these styles at your local stores.

Maison & Objet is the place to be to stay ahead of the curve. So make sure you’re connected with House Tipster on Instagram and Facebook to get our real-time updates from the City of Lights.
